Here’s the quick details :
Like I said, I’m a local photographer in Sioux City, Iowa. With the exception of college, my wife and I have lived in the Sioux City area our whole lives. We love the people, our church, the local businesses/attractions and the community of friends and family we have here. I’m a big Nebraska football fan, but I PROMISE, I play nice with Iowa fans and others! My favorite food is Rosie’s Pizza in South Sioux City and I drink my fair share of Coke Zero. My wife and I have been happily married since 2000 and are now first time parents as well. We have a gorgeous little daughter named Ariella.
Regarding my photography - I mainly photograph weddings, engagements and senior photos, but occasionally I do freelance work and event photography. I used to shoot family and baby photos, but at this time I am taking a break from that type of photography so my wife and I can focus on becoming the best wedding photographers we can be. I apologize if that’s what you were seeking. I REALLY hate turning people away.
We will travel to any destination to shoot your wedding. Most of our weddings have been local to the Sioux City metro area (or within a 1-2 hour radius), but certainly not limited to it. The wedding photos on my site were taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Atlanta, Georgia; Norman, Oklahoma; Omaha, Nebraska; Trenton, Ohio; the Bahamas, Cancun, Mexico and of course locally in Sioux City, Le Mars, Denison and Remsen to name a few. In a nutshell, we will travel.
I also have a photo booth available for rental. Be sure to check out the link on my site for info on that. Photo booths have been becoming increasingly popular at wedding receptions and events. Guests love them and they take a ton of pressure off the bride and groom to entertain everybody!
All that aside, my wife Becca and I consider it a great honor to photograph your wedding. We love being married and understand the significance of your wedding and how important it is to get great photos. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to get photos you will love.
